Refund policy
At Urban Turban Apparel Inc., every product is carefully prepared in limited quantities and produced with quality and performance in mind.
Because many of our releases are limited production drops and early-access launches, all sales are considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, normal wear after use, or sizing preferences once an order has been placed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To request support, please email support@urbanturban.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging if applicable.
Approved cases will be reviewed individually and may qualify for a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return review, items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Final sale items
- Limited release products
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- Items showing signs of wear or use
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@urbanturban.ca.
Urban Turban reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
